Dr. M. Carmen Santana, a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia and Florida, earned her Doctor of Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona in Clinical Psychology. After finishing her Internship and Post-doctoral studies at Emory University she joined a private practice where she has been working for more than 10 years.
Dr. Santana has experience working with diverse clients and is fully bilingual (English & Spanish). She recognizes that each client’s needs are different, and she uses a multi-cultural approach to therapy.
Dr. Santana specializes in the treatment of emotional and behavioral disorders including attention problems, anxiety disorders, depression, disruptive behavior disorders, and trauma. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Dr. Santana is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and of the National Latinx Psychological Association (NLPA).
